PSM Ecological Environment Material
PSM material is a new type of disposable product that integrates rigidity, toughness and elasticity through modifying and plasticizing starch---the main raw materials. It is the good raw material for disposable dish wares, films, bags and package, and has the following characteristics: strong ability of adaptation, broad usage, recoverable edge scraps, and wastes able to be biologically decomposable. “PSM” new materials produced by our company are divided into two major categories, five series and over 30 kinds, suitable for different fields and customers.
PSM MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS
• Corn starch, a renewable resource, is the major raw material of PSM where the cost is low and the supply is abundant and stable in China.
• Unique and revolutionary ecological materials that can be fully and completely degraded into harmless substances.
• PSM can be degraded under compost conditions and by incineration as well. Only non-tonic smoke is emitted and a white residue is left after burning, of which can be used as fertilizer.
• PSM can be offered at a very competitive price compared with products with similar degradability and functionality from foreign producers.
• Genuine environmental-friendly by-products during manufacturing are harmless for post-use disposal: No wastewater, effluent gas or waste residual discharged throughout the manufacturing process
• Excellent product performance properties with water-proof, oil-proof, high melting point and can be used in microwave, which is superior to those similar products in the domestic market.
• PSM has a large variety of applications, such as industry foam packaging, fast food packaging, one-off dinnerware, shopping bags, industrial and agricultural film, toys and handcrafts. All these end-products are degraded in days after use.
